Orders are processed the same day. We offer net 30 day invoices or to pay via credit card on our website through Google Checkout. Order shopped via standard delivery typically arrive in four (4) to seven (7) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

Wave Table:
Since our tables are custom built per order, our current shipping time is 4-6 weeks. These tables are one of a kind and handcrafted so we do not like to rush production. We hope that you understand this policy because, in the end, you will appreciate that we took our time and personal care to get you your new Wave Table. As soon as we know a firm date, we will notify you by e-mail. Customers interested in shipping internationally must contact us for pricing and shipping charges.

Endless Wave takes reasonable precautions to safeguard personal information transmitted between visitors and the site. Despite all efforts, however, we may be unable to prevent and shall not be responsible for unauthorized access to such information by third parties.
Damages:
Endless Wave takes every measure in the packing and shipping process to make sure your order arrives safely and undamaged. Unfortunately, damages do occur. If your package was damaged upon delivery, please notify us within ten business days by e-mail (ron@endlesswave.net), phone (401.619.2997) or fax (401.423.3406). It is critical to keep the entire contents of the shipping including the box and packing material, otherwise a damaged claim cannot be processed through Fed Ex. Once you have notified us, we will direct you as to what to do with the contents and promptly ship you a new order of Wax Buddys or wave table (standard timing applies).

Wave Table-
Unfortunately, since these tables are custom made for you, we do not accept returns for tables ordered unless it was shipped as our error. If you are not happy with the table, color, size, or style we gladly accept exchanges within 10 business days of receiving your order. We ask that you notify us by phone or e-mail, and we will then issue you a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#) that should be marked on the outside of the returning carton. We will also provide you with return shipping options and answer any questions you may have. We really want to be fair with you but we hope that you can understand our position as well.
If you want actual color samples, please call Ron at 401.619.2997 and we will be happy to send them to you.
The returned item must be as well packed as it was received, using original carton and sufficient packing material, as Fed Ex will not honor any claims for insufficiently packed products. Notify us via e-mail (ron@endlesswave.net) or phone (401.619.2997) if the original carton is too damaged to travel again. It is in your best interest to ensure the box for the retail value of the item. Any returned items that we receive damaged are the responsibility of the customer, who must contact Fed Ex directly for an insurance claim on merchandise. Once we receive the returned item, we will promptly issue you an exchange or store credit for the value of the product, minus the original shipping
